Great work, Kosse! I really like the colors and layouts for postacarte and ccfee.

Take it easy Kosse. Things are getting better and you're completely wrong. (There ... I said it.) Actually, I don't think you are completely wrong, and I understand how much time you have invested with the cms and community. I'd hate to see you go. Can I ask why you might be moving on? Is it certain...

leoff,

I've written what I think to be a bulletproof method to upgrading. You'll be leaving your existing site intact and upgrading a parallel installation, so if you fry it you won't kill the live site.

Take a look here - http://www.phpwcms.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5822

Good luck!

Your answer is probably somewhere in this forum, but here's how I'd go about finding the answer: - Search in /include/inc_lang/backend/[your_language]/lang.inc.php for the nav items in question (MESSAGE, CHAT, etc.). These are probably around lines 40 to 48 - Search all files for the installation to...

Not sure if this will fix it, but I would only put files in /phpwcms_ftp/ and not in /phpwcms_ftp/images/. Also, make sure the _ftp folder has permissions of 777.

leoff, You'll be excited to know that phpwcms v. 1.2.8 introduces the ability to search within certain category levels, which is exactly what you're trying to do. As for organization of 250 subpages, you may want to break them down into further subcategories, such as geographic region or cuisine. Th...

Maybe it's not going to be a development release anymore! Is there a hidden meaning that 1.2.9 stable is about to be unleashed? :D :?: :D

I'd kill the folder on the new release. If you need any of the files for some reason, you'll probably get an error message stating that it's missing a file from /phpwcms_code_snippets/.

I'm getting the same errors as DeXXus in a recent install of 1.2.8-20069095 + patch G. I highly doubt the issue is with SPAW, and most likely deals with how it is included in phpwcms. Anyone have a fix or any ideas about this?

I was able to nicely integrate http://www.punbb.org without too much work. I just took the top and bottom sections from my phpwcms page and stuck them in the header and footer includes of pun. You may also want to check out http://www.getvanilla.com. It's a great forum that uses a lot of ajax, altho...
