UDATED:

This one works: in template I changed {NAV_TABLE_SIMPLE} to {NAV_TABLE_COLUMN} and the alias worked!!!!! :D

In conf.in line WYSIWYG I add 4 and 4= Spaw I could type and create article without prolem. THe issue now is I can not edit article, it's just bank.

I installed phpwcms right in mydomain root so the path should be local/web/host/www.domain.com, is it correct? Or should be http://www.domain.com? I tried changing the path to full path like you said /web/domain.com/directory and got error "404 file not found, so I changed it back to /directory only and the rewrite is working again. BUT the Alias still does not work :( I don't understand, if the rewrite mode is working, how come the Alias...
